How we use your information.

What you submit

The final submission saves your name, business email, optional phone number and help request, employer context, benefit facts, acknowledgements, preliminary result and any attached guide. Your contact details and documents are accessible through the private owner workspace.

Why it is collected

The site owner uses this information to review your benefits program and follow up about your request. When automatic email is connected, your email address and reference are used to send a confirmation, and Tom receives your company, contact details, preliminary grade and a private record link. The configured email delivery provider processes those messages. Attached guides are not emailed. It is not displayed publicly. Your Snapshot is calculated in your browser without saving your entries. Only the optional “Get a full review from Tom” step sends your details and optional guide to the private owner workspace. Tom reviews attached guides personally; uploading does not automatically extract or change your Snapshot.

Basic site activity

We count when visitors complete Start, first view a Snapshot and successfully send a review request, so Tom can understand whether the site is useful. Activity records contain only a step name, time and temporary random visit code. They do not contain names, contact details, employer information, benefit entries or documents. Sample flows, test submissions and signed-in owner checks are excluded. Each visit is counted at most once at each stage; these counts do not identify unique people.

Your benefit entries remain in your browser until you choose to send a review request. Basic activity counts appear in the private owner workspace separately from review submissions. Tracking began October 20, 2026; earlier activity is not reconstructed or backfilled.

Optional Snapshot feedback

If you share feedback, we save your optional usefulness rating, comments, time and a random response reference. No contact information or benefit entries are attached. Tom can read feedback privately to improve the results. Feedback does not request a review or authorize follow-up. Please avoid personal or employee information in comments. Feedback remains stored until deleted by the owner.

Benchmark development

Client submissions are kept separate from published reference values. They are not automatically added to benchmarks. Any future use of your information to develop benchmarks requires a separate review of permission and anonymization.

Storage and deletion

Submitted records and documents remain stored until the owner deletes them. To request correction or deletion, email tom@daly.la with your submission reference. The owner can delete the submission and its attached document from the private workspace.

Use employer-level documents

Only submit materials you are authorized to share. Exclude employee health records, employee-level personal information, Social Security numbers, and payroll rosters.

The pilot’s limits

Pilot: benchmarks are being refined. This Snapshot starts the conversation; it’s not a final market grade. Basic submission limits help prevent abuse. Owner sign-in is provided through ChatGPT.
